Toitū Whāingaroa operates under the mandate of Raglan Naturally Community Trust hapū representatives.
Challenging ourselves to think big, we prioritise inclusive, creative pathways which support a united and informed community who are activating the true partnership envisaged in Te Tiriti o Waitangi.
We offer multiple points of connection so the community are able to genuinely experience and understand the value of Te Tiriti o Waitangi and te ao Māori as strong foundations for a resilient and flourishing Whāingaroa Raglan.

We recognise that the flourishing partnership relationship aspired to by prominent Ngāti Māhanga rangatatira and Te Tiriti o Waitangi signatory, Te Awaitaia, provides a foundation for wellbeing for all in Whāingaroa Raglan.
