Project Details
The Website Development & Evaluation Framework project aimed to make the Raglan Naturally website a central hub for Community-Led Development (CLD) in Whāingaroa. Launched in August 2022, it includes resources like a Volunteering page. An Evaluation Framework was also created to track progress and improve our work, with the first report completed in November 2023.

Community Aspiration
Raglan has a strong identity as a safe, caring, and age-friendly community.
The community is supported by a wellbeing hub, fostering connectedness and access to services.
Mental health support and overall wellbeing are key priorities in Raglan.
The community celebrates cultural diversity and works towards strengthening relationships with Whānau, hapū, and Iwi, in line with Te Tiriti o Waitangi.
Objective
- To develop the Raglan Naturally (RN) website as a central hub for Community-Led Development (CLD) projects, providing real-time distribution of information to the community.
- To create a Monitoring Framework to track and evaluate the progress of activities against the RN Community Plan and regularly assess improvements for quality assurance.
- The RN website was relaunched in August 2022, evolving into a key resource for CLD in Whāingaroa, Raglan. The website now hosts a variety of resources, including a Volunteering page created after the Celebrating Volunteers Event, showcasing organisational profiles and opportunities to get involved.
- A comprehensive Evaluation Framework was developed in collaboration with Kate McKegg and Debbie Goodwin over a 16-month period, which has allowed for better tracking of activities and outcomes.
