The Whaingaroa Youthwork Collective shows how great things can happen when different groups in the community connect and work together.
These are the ways we can support the community: We connect you with iwi/hapū groups, community organisations, and other groups to build strong, collaborative relationships. We guide new and existing community projects, connect you with others doing similar work, and empower you to lead your initiatives by encouraging solutions and action. We helped out with the Sunday Busking Day event by giving advice on how to manage the street closure. We help you source funding, connect with funders, and find a funding umbrella if needed. We teamed up with the WRDMO on the Water Tower project to help secure funding for the mural. We develop the skills and capacity of local leaders. We support community members in their initiatives and connect them with others to enhance their impact. We helped Raglan Refill connect with Ākina for their social enterprise expertise and capacity building. Our Services
