Project Details

The Support Wellbeing Groups initiative in Raglan focuses on strengthening local wellbeing by assisting community groups with funding applications and building a directory of health and wellbeing services. Through collaboration with the Covid Community Response Group and the Community Wellbeing Connector, this project has helped connect individuals and organisations, particularly in the areas of mental health and overall community wellness.

Objective

To assist local wellbeing groups with funding applications to external funders.

To create a comprehensive directory of local health and wellbeing services, support groups, and organisations.

  • Through our work with the Covid Community Response Group and later the Community Wellbeing Connector, we have been able to support the mental health and wellbeing of the wider community.
